No, we really are back!

Sorry for all the delay which was largely due to technical and personal difficulties which are hopefully over now and resulted in various blog hosting options.

Since last time we've done plenty of peddling and and photo taking so we'll start uploading our exploits up and updating the site.

As you can see we're now hooked into Twitter and Facebook for reader's ease.

Hope to hear from you soon with comments and suggestions.

Well it's here, the Inverness to Kyle of Lochalsh cycle run.

Going up on Sunday with a day of rest on Monday. The outgoing run will be on Tuesday and return on Thursday back at Inverness. :-)
